  • Čistota, postačující vybavení, schopnost recepce řešit obratem drobné problémy (prodlužovačka a rozdvojka), dobře fungující bar u recepce.

  • Na pokojích je málo zásuvek 220 V, pokud je potřeba denně dobíjet dva mobily a baterky do dvou fotoaparátů a k tomu zapnout notebook, je to problém, který bylo nutno řešit zapůjčením prodlužovačky na recepci. Slabý a kolísající signál wi-fi, během několika minut bylo nutné se přepínat mezi dvěma sítěmi (hot0 a hot1), podle toho, která zrovna měla signál.
